Q: How can I pay invoices online?
A: Go to the website and select the invoice tab. The page will show you all of your outstanding invoices. Place a check mark in the small box at the far left of any invoices that you wish to pay, then press the "Pay Invoices" box. A dialogue box will appear in which to enter your payment. When you have completed adding your payment information press submit.
Q: What does the gold “P” behind an invoice mean?
A: That is a symbol that shows a payment has been made and is pending. When the payment is posted the “P” disappears and the invoice is moved from the “unpaid” to the “paid” screen.
Q: I just want to print an invoice. How do I do that?
A: Select the invoices you want to print by checking the boxes at the far left, then press either the “Print checked invoices 1pp” or “Print checked invoices 2pp” icon. This will bring up the invoices. From here press “File”, then “Print” to print them out to the printer of your choice. “Print checked invoices 1pp” will print one invoice per page; “Print checked invoices 2pp” will print two invoices on each sheet.
Q: What is the “Dispute Marked Invoice” button?
A: This is used to generate an automatic e-mail to an Account Services Representative when you have an issue with an invoice. Pressing it will bring up a dialogue box which will ask for your name, e-mail, and phone number, as well as the reason for the dispute. Pressing “Submit” will send the dispute to the ASR for your region.
Q: What is the “Documents” tab?
A: You can go to the “Documents” tab on the website to look up statements, collection documents, payment documents, and check history.
Q: How do I change my address?
A: You can contact us or you can also go online to your account page and press the “My Account” tab. From there you can update addresses, contact names, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses.
Q: How do I change the password for our account?
A: On the website go to the "My Account" tab and follow the simple instructions.
Q: What are my terms?
A: Terms are net 30.
Q: How do I print reports to Excel?
A: Every report has the option of an Excel spreadsheet output. Simply select that option and once the report is run it will show on an Excel spreadsheet. You can then view it, print it, or save it.
Q: I need a W9. How do I get one?
A: Look for the W-9 document on the menu bar present at the left side of the web page.
Q: What is your remit to address?

A: We are open 8am to 6pm (central time).
Q: Do you offer ID cards?
A: Yes, just contact us and let us know how many you need.
Q: What is Skype?
A: Skype is an Internet phone system that allows a person to make Internet to Internet voice phone calls at no charge. Calls can also be made from the Internet to land lines or mobile phones for a fee. It also includes the ability to video conference and instant message.
Q: My company is tax exempt. What do I need to do to make my account tax exempt?
A: We will be happy to assist you with your tax exempt status. We need you to provide a tax exempt certificate for all states in which you are exempt and we will take care of the rest.
Q:We use a purchase order to track purchases. Can I require a PO on my account?
A: Yes, just contact us and we will require a PO on your account. We can set up your account with many different kinds of requirements and restrictions to help manage your fleet, depending on your needs
